Well, it was all we expected and more when Hieroglyphics performed at Tha Fever on this hot August night. Six members showed up fashionably late, in their tour bus, to a crowd of ~ 100 eager hip-hop heads. Hiero apologized for the delay, preached to us about the importance independent music and performed songs from Full Circle and 3rd Eye Vision. As if that wasn't enough, the highlight of the evening came when legendary rapper O.C. blessed the stage and ripped through one bomb ass, accapella freestyle! Once they were finished doin their thang on the mic, they stayed and signed autographs for everyone in attndance. Each M.C. also provided us with exclusive CDs that we now have for sale. It was quite a day for Vinyl Fever and Tampa for that matter. So thanks to all who came and witnessed some of the truest and illest underground shit!
